Panels from the National Assembly examine the Third Mainland Bridge and others

A habitable nation that everyone can be proud of is what Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has called for, along with coordinated efforts by all arms of government and the populace.

 Members of the Senate and House of Representatives Committees on Works, chaired by Senators Barinada Mpigi and Akin Alabi, made up the Joint Committee.

Chief Press Secretary for Sanwo-Olu, Gboyega Akosile, made the following statement: "While speaking, the team leader, Mpigi, explained that they were in Lagos as part of their oversight function to see firsthand some of the Federal Government's major ongoing projects in Lagos and its environs, including the Carter Bridge, the Third Mainland Bridge, and the 700-kilometer Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road, among others."
