Governor Bello sacks SSG, appoints new one
The Governor of Niger state, Abubakar Sani Bello, on Monday(August 1) sacked the Secretary to the state government, Alhaji Umar Danyaya.
He has been immediately replaced by Alhaji Ibrahim Isa Ladan from Borgu local government area.
Ladan was a one-time member of the Federal Character Commission and was one-time chairman Borgu local government Area.
The former government secretary reported for duty
on Monday morning before being invited to the office of the governor for
a meeting that lasted for 30 minutes.
It was after the meeting with the governor that instruction was given for his sack.
