Ekiti lawmaker being sacked by Court
A Federal High Court in Ado Ekiti, on Monday anuled the election
of Mr. Musa Arogundade,a member of the Ekiti State House of Assembly,
for not being validl nominee by the Peoples Democratic Party( PDP). The court has declared Mr. Toyin Obayemi, also of the PDP as the rightful occupant of the seat.
